We are seeking a high-performing, strong Property Manager to lead and reposition a 100-unit property in Beavercreek. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about resident satisfaction, and has a talent for driving occupancy and leasing success.

You will need to be:

• A conflict resolution expert
• A leasing and marketing superstar
• Committed to top-notch resident relations
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Skilled in overseeing maintenance request follow-through
• Hands-on with daily operations and staff oversight

Property Manager Job Duties

• Drive leasing and oversee marketing efforts to reposition the property
• Work with prospective and current residents to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Tour the community and apartment homes
• Coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies
• Plan and manage yearly budget
• Code and pay invoices
• Complete monthly reports
• Ensure sales and maintenance team meet necessary goals
• Follow eviction and move-out processes
• Achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals

Requirements

• Onsite apartment property management experience required
• Software knowledge (Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, etc.) a plus
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Experience handling conflict professionally and effectively
• Reliable transportation
• Proven leadership and multitasking abilities
• Friendly and customer service-oriented

Pay Range: $24–$25/hr, based on experience and qualifications
