Now Hiring: Property Manager (Tax Credit / Affordable Housing)

Location: Salem, OR

Pay Range: $26–$27/hr

Are you friendly and enthusiastic? Do you have HUD and Tax Credit/Affordable Housing experience? Familiar with RealPage software? We have the job for you!

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, goal-driven, and ready to lead the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community.

Job Duties:

• Work with prospective and current residents to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Tour the community and apartment homes
• Coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies
• Plan & manage yearly budgets
• Code and pay invoices
• Complete monthly reports
• Ensure sales and maintenance teams are meeting performance goals
• Follow eviction and move-out processes
• Achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals
• Ensure compliance with programs such as LIHTC, HUD, Bond Compliance, etc.

Requirements:

• Onsite apartment property management experience
• HUD and LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) experience preferred
• Experience with RealPage, Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon or similar systems
• Fair Housing knowledge
• Conflict resolution experience
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Strong customer service skills
