BGSF is representing a $600MM service/installation client near Frisco, TX area seeking to hire Senior GL Accountant with important criteria of being a CPA with Purchase Price Allocation experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, ore related field
• CPA (required)
• Experience conducting Purchase Price Allocations (required)
• Minimum 5-7 years' of experience in general ledger accounting
• Solid month-end and year-end closing process experiences
• Experience in a supervisory role considered a plus
