BG Staffing is seeking a polished and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish) to support a thriving apartment community in Carlsbad, CA 92009. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced leasing environment, and can confidently assist both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospective tenants.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct engaging, professional property tours.
• Assist current and prospective residents in both English and Spanish.
• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in.
• Process applications, lease renewals, notices, and resident documentation.
• Maintain organized resident files and accurate leasing records.
• Follow up on leads and support community marketing initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Support the onsite team with daily office operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous apartment leasing experience or strong customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
