BG Staffing is seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Consultant to support a busy apartment community in Dallas, TX 75216. We are looking for someone with strong leasing skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide exceptional service to both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct professional apartment tours
• Assist residents and prospects in both English and Spanish
• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
• Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident documentation
• Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records
• Follow up on leads and support occupancy goals
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resident support
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with daily office operations
• Support marketing and resident retention efforts

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
• Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with property management software is a plus
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
