Key Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours.
• Assist current and prospective residents in both English and Spanish.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build positive resident relationships.
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident documentation.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communications.
• Support marketing initiatives, lead follow-up activities, and community outreach efforts.
• Assist with daily leasing office operations while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous apartment leasing experience or strong customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
