BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee a multifamily community in Temecula, CA 92590. This opportunity is ideal for a strong leader who excels in property operations, resident relations, team management, and maintaining community performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and onsite staff.
• Manage leasing, renewals, rent collections, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Maintain resident files, reports, and property documentation.
• Monitor budgets, vendor services, and property performance.
• Support occupancy goals through leasing and marketing efforts.
• Address resident concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Previous Property Manager experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management best practices.
• Ability to manage property operations, staff, and resident needs effectively.
• Experience with property management software preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
