Position Overview

• Employment Type: Contract and Contract-to-Hire Opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct professional property tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
• Process rental applications, lease documents, renewals, and resident files.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage office communications.
• Assist with community marketing efforts and resident outreach initiatives.
• Support daily leasing office operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Create a positive, professional, and welcoming experience for all visitors and residents.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Comfortable using computers and property management software.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with a team.
