Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday through Saturday
• Rotating 5-day work week
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch break

Position Overview

BG Staffing is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in Parma Heights, OH. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to convert prospects into residents while delivering an exceptional leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional apartment tours and showcase community amenities
• Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally
• Convert leads into qualified applicants and signed leases
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, and resident documentation
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records using Yardi
• Follow up with prospects to maximize leasing and occupancy goals
• Assist with resident retention and lease renewal initiatives
• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Support move-in and move-out processes
• Maintain leasing office, model units, and tour paths to community standards
• Assist with outreach marketing and community events as needed
• Collaborate with management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with basic computer applications and office technology
