BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Tax Credit Leasing Consultant to support a thriving affordable housing community in Fort Collins, CO. The ideal candidate will have experience with LIHTC/Tax Credit properties, strong leasing skills, knowledge of affordable housing compliance, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and present community amenities to prospective residents
• Manage the leasing process from inquiry through move-in
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident documentation
• Complete income certifications and annual recertifications in accordance with LIHTC guidelines
• Verify applicant eligibility and maintain compliance with affordable housing regulations
• Maintain accurate resident files and ensure audit-ready documentation
• Respond to resident inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Follow up on leads and support occupancy goals
• Assist with daily office operations and administrative responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous Tax Credit (LIHTC) leasing experience required
• Experience with income certifications and recertifications
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance requirements
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations is a must
• Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, or similar property management software preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
