Are you a polished, professional, and customer-focused leasing consultant looking for your next opportunity? BG Staffing is seeking an Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a premier apartment management client serving properties throughout Bergen and Passaic Counties.

Position Highlights

Schedule

• Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Monday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Friday: Off
• Saturday: Off

Interview Process

The client conducts a unique two-step evaluation process:

Day 1:

• 4-hour in-person working interview
• Candidates will be evaluated on professionalism, communication skills, presentation, and overall fit

Day 2:

• Candidates who successfully complete Day 1 will be invited back to continue the interview process

What We're Looking For

• Previous apartment leasing experience required
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Professional appearance and polished presentation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident giving property tours and interacting with prospective residents
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Reliable transportation required, as tours will be conducted at apartment communities throughout Bergen and Passaic Counties
