Position Overview

You will support the day‑to‑day maintenance operations of the property, ensuring apartments and common areas are safe, functional, and well‑maintained. This role is perfect for someone with strong painting skills and general maintenance experience who’s open to an on‑call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the community
• Prepare apartments for move‑in, including painting
• Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in on‑call rotation once officially onboarded

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in multifamily or related setting preferred
• Strong painting skills required
• Professional licenses preferred, but not required
• Ability to be on‑call as part of a rotation
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused
