BG Staffing is actively hiring a Certified Maintenance Technician for a residential community. We’re seeking a dependable professional with strong HVAC skills and appliance repair experience to help maintain high-quality living standards for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (certification required)
• Troubleshoot and repair household appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc.)
• Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and minor carpentry
• Assist with unit turns and ensure apartments are move-in ready
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment throughout the property

Qualifications:

• HVAC certification required
• Proven experience in apartment or property maintenance
• Strong appliance repair skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Must have basic tools and transportation
