Sign Spinner – BG Staffing

BG Staffing is currently seeking energetic, reliable, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Sign Spinners. In this role, you will play a key part in helping direct foot and vehicle traffic to our leasing office and main entrance while representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Position Overview

As a Sign Spinner, you will be responsible for strategically positioning yourself in high-visibility areas and using signage to guide and steer traffic toward our leasing office. Your presence helps create awareness, increase visibility, and enhance the customer experience.

Schedule

We offer a consistent weekly schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Compensation

• $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to the leasing office and main entrance using signage
• Maintain a visible, engaging, and upbeat presence
• Position yourself safely in designated areas
• Represent BG Staffing in a professional and positive manner
• Arrive on time and ready to work scheduled hours

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active
• Dependable and punctual
• No prior experience required—just a great attitude and energy!
