Position Overview

BG Staffing is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Apartment Maintenance / Grounds Technician to support operations at Lawrence Square Apartments in Dublin, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming community environment.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Part-time schedule (20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

This position focuses primarily on grounds maintenance and property upkeep, including:

• Performing daily grounds cleanup and property inspections
• Emptying trash containers throughout the community
• Ensuring all common areas remain clean, presentable, and free of debris
• Monitoring the property for cleanliness and reporting any issues as needed
• Assisting with general upkeep tasks to maintain a positive resident experience

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean environments
• Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required

Dress Code / Work Attire

To maintain a professional appearance on site, team members are expected to wear:

• Clean khaki pants or shorts
• A t-shirt in good condition (not visibly dirty, stained, or covered in paint)
• Appropriate work shoes
