Bilingual Leasing Agent- Property Management

Location: Pflugerville, TX 78660

Schedule: Monday through friday

Pay: $19-$20 per hour

We are a resident‑focused property management company committed to providing excellent service and well‑maintained communities. We’re looking for a Bilingual Leasing Agent (English/Spanish) who is friendly, professional, and motivated to help people find their next home.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide informative property tours
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Communicate clearly with prospects and residents in both English and Spanish
• Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements
• Assist with renewals, resident communication, and customer service
• Maintain accurate records in property management software
• Support marketing efforts, outreach, and community events
• Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean and presentable

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Availability to work Saturdays as needed
