Leasing Consultant - Porperty Management

Location: Minneapolis, MN 55403

Schedule: Monday through friday

Pay: $19-$20 per hour

We’re a growing property management company focused on delivering excellent service and creating welcoming communities for our residents. We’re looking for a Leasing Agent who is energetic, personable, and motivated to help people find the perfect place to call home.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and provide professional property tours
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Promote the community’s features, amenities, and benefits to increase occupancy
• Process rental applications, verify information, and prepare lease documents
• Assist with renewals, resident communication, and customer service needs
• Maintain accurate records and update property management software
• Support marketing efforts, including social media, outreach, and community engagement
• Ensure the leasing office, model units, and amenities are clean and inviting

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
