Groundskeeper/Porter – Property Management

Location: New Braunfels, TX 78130

Schedule: Monday through friday

Pay range: $16-$17 per hour

We’re looking for a dedicated Porter to help keep our community clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. If you take pride in outdoor work and enjoy staying active throughout the day, this role is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas: lawns, walkways, breezeways, and common spaces
• Remove trash and keep dumpster areas clean and organized
• Perform basic landscaping: mowing, trimming, blowing, watering
• Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed
• Report safety hazards or maintenance issues immediately

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable with physical labor and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Groundskeeping or landscaping experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
