Make‑Ready Technician- Property management

Location: San Antonio, TX 78257

Schedule: Monday through friday

Pay: $18-$19 per hour

We are a dedicated property management company focused on providing clean, safe, and well‑maintained homes for our residents. Our make‑ready team plays a crucial role in preparing units for new move‑ins, and we’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and detail‑driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all make‑ready tasks including cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and unit punch‑list items
• Repair or replace basic fixtures such as lighting, hardware, blinds, and appliances
• Ensure units are fully prepared and meet company quality standards before move‑in
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the make‑ready shop and supply areas
• Report needed repairs, supply shortages, and safety concerns promptly
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and support quick turnarounds

Qualifications

• Previous make‑ready, maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of tools, repairs, and general building upkeep
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or with a team
