Housekeeper – Property Management

Location: Aubrey, TX 76227

Schedule: Monday through friday

Pay Range: $15-$16 per hour

We are a well‑established property management company committed to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming communities for our residents. We take pride in our work and are looking for a dependable Housekeeper who shares that same commitment to quality and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, offices, restrooms, and community spaces
• Prepare vacant units for new residents (deep cleaning, dusting, mopping, etc.)
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas as needed
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
• Keep cleaning supplies organized and notify supervisor when inventory is low
• Follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
