Housekeeper

Location: Salado, TX 76571

Schedule: Monday through friday

Pay :$18-$19 per hour

We are a dedicated property management company focused on providing clean, safe, and welcoming homes for our residents. Our housekeeping team plays a key role in maintaining the appearance and quality of our communities. We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Housekeeper who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean vacant units to prepare them for new move‑ins
• Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, and fixtures
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, laundry rooms, and amenities
• Assist with light make‑ready tasks such as replacing blinds, bulbs, and hardware
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and supply needs
• Follow cleaning checklists to ensure consistent quality
• Maintain cleaning equipment and keep supply areas organized

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift 25–40 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation
