Pay: $21/hour

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

BG Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in Buffalo Grove, IL. This is a full-time, consistent schedule with steady hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Completing service requests and work orders in occupied units
• Assisting with apartment unit turns (make-readies)
• Grounds maintenance and general upkeep of the property
• Basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and repairs
• Ensuring apartments and common areas meet quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic repairs independently
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to work scheduled days consistently
