BG Staffing is now hiring a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a well-maintained apartment community in Carol Stream, IL. If you’re hands-on, reliable, and experienced in apartment maintenance, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartment homes
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general carpentry
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare apartments for move-ins (turns/make-readies)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff

Requirements:

• Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
