Position Details

Responsibilities

• Assist with completing work orders and general maintenance tasks
• Support make‑ready work, including:
  • Touch‑up painting
  • Minor plumbing repairs
  • Light electrical tasks
  • Basic carpentry and drywall patching
• Perform groundskeeping duties each morning, such as:
  • Trash pickup
  • Blowing breezeways
  • Maintaining exterior cleanliness
• Help maintain common areas and community spaces
• Report major repair needs to the Lead Maintenance Technician or Supervisor
• Maintain a professional and customer‑friendly attitude when interacting with residents

Requirements

• Previous maintenance or make‑ready experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of general repairs and building maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Good communication and customer service skills
