BG Staffing is seeking a professional, organized, and experienced Assistant Property Manager to support an apartment community in Tarpon Springs, FL (34689). This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, leasing, and resident‑relations experience—especially those familiar with Tax Credit housing and RealPage OneSite.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and assist the Property Manager
• Handle resident inquiries, renewals, and customer service needs
• Process applications, certifications, and compliance documentation
• Manage rent collection, deposits, and basic accounting tasks
• Conduct property tours and assist with leasing as needed
• Maintain accurate records and update property management software
• Assist with Tax Credit compliance tasks (if experienced)
• Help coordinate resident events, notices, and community communication
• Ensure a professional, welcoming office environment

Requirements

• Previous Assistant Property Manager or strong leasing/administrative experience required
• Tax Credit experience preferred
• OneSite (RealPage) experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable with property management software and basic accounting
• Professional, dependable, and able to multitask effectively
