Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and assist the Property Manager
• Handle resident inquiries, renewals, and customer service needs
• Process applications, leasing paperwork, and compliance documentation
• Manage rent collection, deposits, and basic accounting tasks
• Conduct property tours and assist with leasing when needed
• Maintain accurate records and update property management software
• Help coordinate resident events, notices, and community communication
• Ensure a professional, welcoming office environment

Requirements

• Previous Assistant Manager or strong leasing/administrative experience required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable with property management software and basic accounting tasks
• Professional, dependable, and able to multitask effectively
• Team‑oriented with a positive, solutions‑focused attitude
