Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
• Process applications, certifications, and compliance documentation
• Manage leasing files and ensure accuracy for Tax Credit requirements
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage daily office communication
• Prepare leasing documents, notices, and resident correspondence
• Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office environment
• Support marketing efforts, outreach, and resident engagement
• Assist with administrative tasks and daily operations

Requirements

• Tax Credit experience required
• OneSite (RealPage) experience required
• Previous leasing experience in property management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
