Property Manager – Administrative Compliance Technician (Bilingual Korean Preferred)

We are seeking a detail‑driven, organized, and resident‑focused Administrative Compliance Technician to support our Property Management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced housing environment, understands compliance requirements, and communicates effectively with diverse residents — especially Korean‑speaking households.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Annual Recertifications
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all yearly resident income and eligibility recertifications in accordance with program requirements.
  • Process Interim Certifications
  • Review and process household changes, income updates, and status adjustments to maintain compliance throughout the year.
  • Assist With Resident Relations
  • Provide professional, friendly support to residents; help resolve concerns; and maintain positive community relationships.
  • Post Notices
  • Prepare and distribute required notices, reminders, and compliance communications to residents.
  • Prepare Lease Violations
  • Document and issue lease violation notices in alignment with property policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Process Move‑In Applications
  • Review, verify, and approve new applicant files to ensure eligibility and compliance before move‑in.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual – Korean/English (strongly preferred)
  • Experience with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
