BG Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Floating Maintenance Technician for a residential community in Milford, MI (48381). This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional looking for steady hours and the potential to transition into a long-term role.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare apartments for move-in, including turns and make-readies
• Conduct preventative maintenance and upkeep of common areas
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
