BG Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Make Ready Technician to support a residential community in Greenwood, IN (46143). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with maintenance or apartment turn experience who is ready to start immediately and grow into a long-term role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (make-readies/turns)
• Perform basic repairs including painting, drywall, flooring, light plumbing, and electrical
• Replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as needed
• Ensure apartments meet quality and safety standards before occupancy
• Maintain cleanliness of units and work areas
• Assist with general maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
