BG Staffing is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to support a residential community in Indianapolis, IN (46222). Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents in person, by phone, and email
• Conduct apartment tours and present community features and amenities
• Process rental applications, leases, and related documentation
• Maintain resident files and update property management systems
• Follow up with prospects and deliver excellent customer service
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance
• Basic computer and data entry skills
