Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in‑person interactions
• Assist prospects and residents in both English and Spanish
• Conduct professional property tours and explain community features
• Manage the full leasing process from inquiry to move‑in
• Process applications, renewals, notices, and resident documentation
• Maintain organized resident files and accurate records
• Support marketing efforts, follow‑ups, and lead management
• Uphold a professional, polished demeanor at all times

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Real Estate or Property Management background required
• Strong phone‑based customer service and communication skills
• Professional, polished presentation and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with property management software is a plus
