Position Details

• Role: Bilingual Leasing Consultant
• Location: Sarasota, FL 34243
• Pay: $20/hr
• Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday: 9 AM–5 PM
  • Some Saturdays: 10 AM–5 PM
  • One weekday off when Saturday is worked
• Start Date: ASAP
• Opportunity Type: Contract‑to‑Hire

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
• Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
• Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate files
• Manage phone calls, emails, and daily office communication
• Support marketing efforts, outreach, and resident engagement
• Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office environment
• Assist with daily operations to ensure a smooth leasing process

Requirements

• Bilingual (English + Spanish) required
• Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable using basic computer and property management software
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
