Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with polished, professional tours
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents
• Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and daily office communication
• Support marketing efforts, outreach, and resident engagement
• Maintain a high‑end, welcoming leasing office environment suitable for a Class A community
• Assist with daily operations to ensure a smooth leasing process

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience required
• Must be polished, professional, and comfortable working in a Class A property
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced office
• Comfortable using property management software and basic computer systems
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
