Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents with energy and professionalism
• Conduct engaging tours and highlight the features of a brand‑new community
• Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate files
• Manage phone calls, emails, and daily office communication
• Support marketing efforts, outreach, and lease‑up momentum
• Maintain a polished, organized leasing office environment
• Assist with daily operations to ensure a smooth and successful lease‑up

Requirements

• Onesite/RealPage experience required
• Previous leasing experience strongly preferred
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to support a fast‑paced lease‑up
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, polished demeanor suitable for an A‑class property
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
