🔧 GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN — Saint Louis, MO 63103

Pay: $15–$23/hr (Weekly Pay, based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Status: Contract‑to‑Hire

We’re hiring a dependable General Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and keep our community’s buildings, grounds, and amenities in top condition. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, reliability, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across the property
• Replace light bulbs, check smoke detectors, and maintain emergency lighting
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, stairwells, and building exteriors
• Support grounds upkeep: remove debris, clean sidewalks/parking areas, assist with landscaping
• Prepare and clean vacant units for new residents
• Handle trash removal and maintain dumpster/trash chute areas
• Assist with snow removal when needed
• Report safety hazards, damage, or unusual activity

Requirements

• 1–3 years of general maintenance, janitorial, or related experience
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors; able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling and basic tools/equipment
• Dependable, punctual, and safety‑focused
