Leasing Consultant- Saint Louis, MO 63103

Pay: $15-$16/hr (Weekly Pay), based on experience

Property Size: 139 units

Schedule: Weekdays, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (hours may vary slightly seasonally)

We’re seeking an energetic, motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team in the vibrant Central West End, surrounded by top dining and shopping. Ideal candidates have leasing experience or strong customer service backgrounds and thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and prospective renters.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features and lifestyle benefits.
• Perform regular competitive market surveys and outreach marketing.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking, follow‑up, and data entry.
• Manage social media advertising and local marketing efforts.
• Inspect show units, amenities, and leasing areas daily.
• Process applications, verify qualifications, prepare leases, and support move‑ins.
• Handle lease renewals and related paperwork.
• Enter service requests and maintain organized records.
• Support the Manager and Regional team with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior leasing experience or 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Professional, dependable, and customer‑service driven.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
