Assistant Maintenance Technician – Property Management

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: $24-$26 per hour

Location: Lynnwood, WA 98036

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. In this role, you will support the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping our community safe, functional, and well‑maintained for all residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Complete work orders promptly and professionally
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, grounds, and the maintenance shop
• Support unit turnovers, including painting, minor repairs, and cleaning
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance or handyman experience required
• Basic knowledge of tools, repairs, and building systems
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
