Maintenance Technician – Property Management (Olathe, KS 66062)

We’re hiring a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at a well‑maintained residential community in Olathe, KS (66062). If you’re a hands‑on problem solver with strong repair skills and a commitment to great service, this role is a great fit.

Position Type

Key Responsibilities

• Complete general maintenance repairs across the property
• Handle work orders promptly and professionally
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairs
• Assist with make‑ready tasks for vacant units
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas
• Communicate maintenance needs to the property manager

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience in multifamily or property management preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair ability
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Reliable, professional, and resident‑focused
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
