OPPORTUNITY for Certified Maintenance Technicians! 

Do you have hands-on maintenance experience and certifications to back it up? We’re looking for Certified Maintenance Technicians (EPA/HVAC required) who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. If you’re reliable, skilled, and take pride in your work — we want you. 

Maintenance Job Duties 

• Complete and troubleshoot common apartment service requests  
• Perform HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance  
• Light plumbing and electrical work  
• Install and repair appliances  
• Change/repair locks, fixtures, and light bulbs  
• Interior/exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair  
• Groundskeeping: pressure washing, breezeway cleanup, and general upkeep  

Maintenance Job Requirements 

• HVAC / EPA Certification REQUIRED  
• CPO License (Certified Pool Operator) preferred  
• Previous apartment or maintenance experience required  
• Must have own basic hand tools (power tools a PLUS)  
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs  
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance  
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic  
• Ability to take direction and jump in where needed  
• Maintain a professional and customer service-focused attitude
