BG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager with leasing experience for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is a great role for a motivated professional looking to grow into a permanent position with the right fit.

Position Details

• Pay Rate: $19/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Employment Type: Contract-to-hire
• Dress Code: Business casual

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property management operations
• Support leasing activities, including tours, applications, and resident communication
• Ensure compliance with Section 42 (LIHTC) regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and file management

Requirements

• Section 42 experience REQUIRED
• Prior assistant property management and leasing experience
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
