Job Description

• Support day‑to‑day property operations and management activities
• Assist with leasing, resident relations, and customer service
• Help ensure rent collection, notices, and resident documentation are completed accurately
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and on‑site staff

Qualifications

• Apartment or multifamily property management experience required
• Knowledge of Fair Housing compliance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and support a fast‑paced office environment
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
• Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
