CUBExec Specialist

Direct Hire; $45K plus commissions and bonus potential ($30K - $40K)

Seeking a hospitalityminded, entrepreneurial professional. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences while operating a boutique, service-driven business environment.

Will serve as the face and welcoming clients and guests, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring a polished, high-touch experience—while also driving occupancy, revenue, and day-to-day operations. This position offers autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to help grow the  brand within a leading commercial real estate platform.

Compensation: Base salary plus commission (subject to licensing requirements)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class, hospitality-forward experience for all clients, prospects, and guests.
• Prospect, tour, pitch, and close private offices, coworking, and meeting space.
• Build strong client relationships that drive retention, referrals, and revenue growth.
• Network locally and execute creative marketing initiatives
• Manage daily operations, including meeting room scheduling, client requests, vendor coordination, and tenant events.
• Oversee accounts receivable, mail services, and client communications.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for business clients.

Qualifications

• Customer-obsessed, self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven success in a customer-facing, revenue-driven or hospitality environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Active Arizona Real Estate License required
• Commissions are paid only to licensed real estate agents in accordance with Arizona regulations
