BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Apartment Maintenance Technician for a full‑time, contract‑to‑hire position in Ladson, SC. Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including:
  • HVAC troubleshooting
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Electrical work
  • Appliance repair
  • Carpentry and general upkeep
• Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
• Respond to maintenance needs with professionalism and urgency
• Follow all safety procedures and property guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• EPA certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable, professional, and customer‑service oriented
• Must be able to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed
