Type: Contract‑to‑Hire Role

Job Description

• To complete work orders and preventative maintenance
• To perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• To prepare units for move‑ins
• To troubleshoot maintenance issues promptly
• To maintain property safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to perform general repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
• Own tools required
• Reliable and able to work the listed schedule
