Experienced Leasing Consultant – Contract

Join a dynamic multifamily community where your leasing experience and customer service skills help drive occupancy and create a positive resident experience. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Leasing Consultant who can confidently manage tours, follow up with prospects, and close leases.

Location: Sarasota, FL 34240

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Availability: Saturdays may be required

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Position Type: Contract

Job Description

• Lease apartment homes by conducting tours and closing leases
• Answer phones and respond to leasing inquiries promptly
• Follow up with prospects to convert traffic into leases
• Prepare and process leasing paperwork accurately
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and market conditions
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations

Qualifications

• Prior apartment or multifamily leasing experience required
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing compliance
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and professional presentation
