LIHTC Leasing Consultant – Contract (Urgent Need)

This is a critical, high‑impact leasing role at a Tax Credit community that needs immediate support to stabilize occupancy. We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and sales‑driven LIHTC Leasing Consultant who can follow up aggressively, engage prospects, and generate completed applications.

Location: Clearwater, FL 33755

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Position Type: Contract

Job Description

• Follow up with leasing prospects to drive completed applications
• Conduct apartment tours and assist prospects through the application process
• Perform outreach activities two days per week using personal vehicle
• Provide on‑site administrative leasing support three days per week
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation
• Support occupancy goals while ensuring LIHTC and Fair Housing compliance

Qualifications

• Prior apartment or multifamily leasing experience required
• LIHTC / Tax Credit leasing experience required
• High‑energy, sales‑driven, and confident communication style
• Strong follow‑up and prospect conversion skills
• Reliable attendance and proven dependability
• Ability to work on‑site five days per week, Monday–Friday
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use personal vehicle for outreach
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi or CRM systems
