Experienced Leasing Consultant – Contract Assignment

Location: Beaumont, TX 77703

Pay: $17/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Step into a fast-paced, customer-facing leasing role where your apartment industry experience and sales skills directly impact occupancy. This is a contract assignment with BG Staffing supporting a multifamily community in Beaumont.

Job Description

• Present apartment homes and community features to prospective residents
• Close leases and renewals to support occupancy goals
• Process applications and lease paperwork accurately
• Provide professional customer service to residents and prospects
• Maintain Fair Housing compliance at all times
• Utilize property management software for daily leasing activities

Qualifications

• Apartment industry / multifamily leasing experience required
• Proven sales and closing ability
• Knowledge of local market trends and pricing
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Fair Housing knowledge and compliance required
