This is an excellent opportunity for a certified HVAC Maintenance Technician to join a newly managed community that is committed to doing things the right way. We’re seeking a dependable, professional technician who takes pride in quality work and strong customer service, with the opportunity to grow into a long‑term role.

Position Overview

You will support day‑to‑day maintenance operations, including HVAC service, work orders, make‑readies, and preventative maintenance, while helping maintain a clean, well‑run community. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who values teamwork, organization, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders based on priority
• Perform HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance
• Complete make‑ready turns efficiently and thoroughly
• Maintain property grounds and common areas
• Keep a clean, organized maintenance shop and work areas
• Provide weekly parts and materials lists
• Assist with emergency/on‑call coverage as part of the team
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents, staff, and vendors
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• EPA HVAC certification required
• CPO certification required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Dress Code

• Blue shirt and khaki pants required

• Pay: $21/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start Date: April 6, 2026
