Position Overview

This role is strictly focused on grounds work. You will not be performing maintenance, repairs, or other duties outside the scope listed below. Reliability and consistency are critical for this assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pressure washing of sidewalks, breezeways, and common areas
• Blow and clean breezeways and walkways daily
• Complete related grounds and exterior cleaning tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance of the property at all times

Important Expectations

• This role ONLY involves pressure washing, blowing breezeways, and related grounds work
• Consistent attendance is required — this position is not suitable for frequent call‑outs
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work the full schedule

Qualifications

• Prior groundskeeping or porter experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical, outdoor work
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently
